Shipping
Barkberry Boutique ships all packages through USPS & UPS. We have a 3-5 business day turn around time and we do not ship on weekends or holidays! If you have a shipping question after your order has been received by USPS, please call your local post office as they are best suited to help you with your tracking!
We currently offer free 2/3 day priority shipping. If you need an item overnighted to you please email us and we will invoice you for the shipping cost.
Local Pick Up
Here at Barkberry Boutique we offer local pick up for customers nearby! Please select local pick up at checkout. You will receive an email within days stating that your item is ready for pickup! Please email Alison at alison@barkberryboutique.com to schedule your pick up time!
Return/Exchange Policy
Here at Barkberry Boutique, we handpick items we think you and your pup will love! But, we understand that things don't always work out as planned! If you are dissatisfied with an item(s) that you ordered, you may send the item(s) back for store credit within 14 days of you receiving the order. Store credit or an exchange item will be shipped within 3-5 business days! The item(s) sent back must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. You will receive store credit for the amount of the items. At this time, Barkberry Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs for the returned order, however we will try our hardest to accommodate exchanges.
